Digital Literacy Clubs: BAMBINO INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS DSA ACTIVATION

Ntha Foundation, through its Digital Skills for Africa (DSA) initiative, is embarking on an initiative to launch Digital Literacy Clubs in public and private schools around Malawi, and eventually beyond. The first partner in this initiative is the Bambino International Schools, and this collaboration aims to empower students with essential digital skills, preparing them for the demands of the modern world.

Bambino Event Overview

The Digital Literacy Club Sign-Up Day at Bambino International Schools was held on September 3, 2024. The event marked the official launch of the digital literacy clubs, and it attracted enthusiastic students eager to enhance their digital literacy.

Student Participation

We are delighted to announce that ten students signed up for the club during the event. These students, from Year 8 to Year 10.

The first Digital Literacy Club class is scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 2:30 PM. Trainings will occur twice a week during the course of the entire school term. We are excited to start engaging with the students and anticipate more students joining as the club gains momentum.

Continuous Collaboration with Bambino International Schools

Ntha Foundation has a longstanding partnership with Bambino International Schools, working together on various initiatives to enhance educational opportunities for students. This continuous collaboration has been instrumental in fostering a supportive environment for the Digital Literacy Club and other educational programs.
