On 22 September 2025, global leaders, policymakers, technology experts, and civil society actors convened in New York City for Digital Cooperation Day, a flagship event organized by the United Nations Office for Digital and Emerging Technologies (ODET) during the UN General Assembly High-Level Week.
This September, Ntha Foundation was proudly represented at the 80th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA80) in New York City by our Founder & Managing Director, Nthanda Manduwi.
The Ntha Foundation and Kwathu Kollective are participating in the Youth Connekt 2024 Summit in Rwanda, focusing on youth empowerment through innovative skilling. Founder Nthanda Manduwi will present a keynote on sustainable skilling and bridging the education-employment gap, while the organizations seek collaborations to drive youth-led development initiatives across Africa.
The Nkumano Conference, held from September 2-4, 2024, at Ufulu Gardens Hotel in Lilongwe, Malawi, gathered key stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation under the theme “Bridging Gaps, Creating Opportunities, Growing Together.” Organized by GIZ and GOPA-AFC GmbH, the event featured discussions on technology, AI governance, women’s entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building.
