Announcing Ms. Rhoda Kamwaza’s Transition to Board Chair of the Ntha Foundation
The Ntha Foundation is delighted to announce the transition of Ms. Rhoda Kamwaza from her role as Managing Director to the esteemed position of Board Chair. Ms. Kamwaza joined the Ntha Foundation at a pivotal time, bringing her wealth of experience in nonprofit management, community development, and educational advocacy. Over her years as Managing Director, she led with both vision and compassion, implementing programs that have had lasting impacts on the lives of young people. Her commitment to nurturing and supporting our initiatives has seen the Foundation expand its reach, ensuring that more students and recent graduates gain access to practical, market-relevant skills that prepare them for the workforce and empower them to become change-makers in their communities.
Throughout her tenure, Ms. Kamwaza has overseen flagship programs such as the Nyenyezi Fellowship, which provides vital support for young entrepreneurs, and the M’mawa Apprenticeship, aimed at helping recent graduates transition seamlessly from academia to the professional world.
