Digital Skills for All

Ntha Foundation was awarded $250,000 to operationalise the "Digital Malawi - Digital Skills for all" project in February, 2021. "Digital Malawi" is a Malawi Government Initiative, which is funded by the World Bank, and operationalised by the Public Private Partnership of Malawi.

Set up and furnished 2 innovation & creativity hubs in Lilongwe and Mangochi. Equipped a digital media centre with 50+ computers, and high-end new media equipment.

Created and piloted Digi Savvy Africa e-learning platform – populated with courses taught by Media, ICT and Business Development experts. Awarded as EdTech Innovation of the Year.

Digi Savvy Africa

The hubs implemented the Digital and Entrepreneurial Skills for All project, in the form of digital and entrepreneurship skills trainings, targeting the youth. Creative and Social Entrepreneurs were trained on ways to help them leverage ICT/BIT, and Digital Marketing

Kwathu Kollective

"Kwathu Kollective" is an innovation and creativity network in Africa: a curated community of innovators and creatives from the world of startups, tech, and corporations. Under the Kollective are the "Kwathu Kowork" spaces - offering digital learning and innovation hubs, conferencing facilities, co-working areas, office rental spaces, and media production studios.
