Ah, the annual year-end celebration again, giving the Ntha Foundation; the perfect opportunity to recount, reminisce and reward the outstanding work the organization has done over the year.
This year, the party took place at The Shack Lounge, near Lingadzi Inn in Lilongwe, on the 22nd of December, before the staff took their year-end break. The party activities were filled with food, drinks and games the staff engaged in, whilst they discussed how far the foundation has come and how much further it can go in the next year.

The year-end celebration gave the employees the chance to forget extraneous corporate worries for a period and strengthen bonds with each other in the long run.
The Ntha Foundation has achieved a lot in the year 2022. Some of the achievements are; growing the Kwathu Innovation and Creative Center team by recruiting 6 members, In partnership with Malawi University of Science and Technology we engaged 8 students under the M’mawa Management Training Program, and we carried out a successful Bants2Business Event under the third phase of the Digital Malawi Project. Just to mention a few of our achievements.

As we come to the end of another year, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for all your hard work and dedication. You have contributed so much to the success of our organization, and I am truly grateful to have such a talented and dedicated team.
As we celebrate the holiday season and the end of year party, I encourage you to take some time to relax and spend quality time with your loved ones. But I also want to encourage you to use this time to strengthen the bonds within our team. Whether it’s a virtual holiday party or simply checking in with your co-workers, try to connect and build relationships with your colleagues.
At the start of the new year, we will be better equipped to tackle any challenges and opportunities that come our way as a united and cohesive team.
