In 2023, we partnered with the Malawi University of Science and Tech, and the Catholic University of Malawi to implement the M'mawa Management Training. #MMT is a full-time, fully-funded, voluntary business management training programme for undergraduate students, providing in-class lessons and on-the-job trainings in administration, communication, digital, and people skills, as well as work ethics, preparing them for the industry. The programme is operationalised in partnership with Universities.
