The Ntha Foundation is thrilled to announce that our founder, Ms. Nthanda Manduwi was awarded as the recipient of the Best Youth Empowerment Award at the esteemed Africa Achievement Awards.
On this International Human Rights Day, the Ntha Foundation stands in solidarity with the global community in championing the inherent rights and freedoms of every individual. As we reflect on the principles that underpin this day, we emphasize one vital truth: education is a fundamental human right and a cornerstone of equality, justice, and dignity.
At the forefront of Malawi’s growing entrepreneurial movement is the Zantchito Entrepreneurship Voices (ZEV) initiative. Recently, this vibrant platform hosted a panel discussion exploring the critical role of hubs in incubating and supporting businesses across the country. Joining our founder, Ms. Nthanda Manduwi on the panel facilitated by Blessings Mpinganjira were Jacqueline Banda, founder of Jeyie Foods, and Dr. Serah Gondwe, head of TACE Agribiz Hub at LUANAR.
The Ntha Foundation and Kwathu Kollective are participating in the Youth Connekt 2024 Summit in Rwanda, focusing on youth empowerment through innovative skilling. Founder Nthanda Manduwi will present a keynote on sustainable skilling and bridging the education-employment gap, while the organizations seek collaborations to drive youth-led development initiatives across Africa.
