PROGRAMS
The Nyenyezi Fellowship is our flagship program – an annual training that equips final year University students with the necessary skills to create sustainable businesses and become job-creators, as opposed to jobseekers.
We understand that we cannot all be entrepreneurs / founders, and that there must be some managers / administrative partners to assist start-up founders in the realisation of the development of sustainable businesses. This training program offers in-class lessons and on-the-job training opportunities to aspiring business managers.
The Ntha Foundation is one of the organisations entrusted by the Malawi Government thorugh the Public Private Partnership Commission, to operationalise the Digital Skills For All (Luntha Ndi Chuma) project, with support from the World Bank.
