Congratulations, Rhoda: BACHELOR’S IN FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING

We are thrilled to celebrate a remarkable milestone for our Managing Director, Rhoda Kamwaza, who has successfully completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting from Malawi Catholic University!

Rhoda joined the Ntha Foundation as a Finance Associate in June 2021 and has been instrumental in establishing our physical presence at the Kwathu Innovation & Creative Centres in Lilongwe and Mangochi. Her dedication and hard work have not only contributed to the foundation’s growth but have also set a stellar example for her colleagues.

Rhoda embarked on the M’mawa Apprenticeship Programme to bridge her skill gap in finance and management, a decision that has clearly paid off. Under the mentorship of experienced finance and tax consultants, Chimango Manduwi and Mike Masache, she has gained invaluable knowledge in bank reconciliation, tax processes, and digital marketing, while also developing essential teamwork skills.

With her sights set on mastering accounting software and advancing her expertise in various accounting frameworks, Rhoda continues to inspire us all. Her journey embodies the belief that “Anyone can become anything in life through hard work, passion, determination, focus, and putting God at the center of it all.”

Congratulations, Rhoda! We are incredibly proud of you and excited to see all the amazing things you will achieve in your career and beyond. Keep shining! 🌟
