Rhoda Kamwaza, the Managing Director at Ntha Foundation, has completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting from Malawi Catholic University. Joining as a Finance Associate in 2021, Rhoda’s dedication has been crucial in the foundation’s growth. Her journey through the M’mawa Apprenticeship Programme has enhanced her finance, tax, and teamwork skills, inspiring her colleagues.
Ms. Bernadette Mweso, the board chair of the Ntha Foundation, graduated with a Master of Development Policy from the Korean Development Institute, specializing in Sustainable Development. Celebrated for her nine years of expertise in community development and women’s empowerment, Bernadette remains committed to the Foundation’s growth and success. Congratulations, Bernadette!
