Mr. Victor C. Gondwe has been appointed as the Managing Director of Kwathu Kollective, following his tenure with the Ntha Foundation. His strategic vision for 2024-2026 aims to expand co-working hubs, enhance the Digital Skills for Africa platform, and establish the Kwathu Research Centre, advancing youth empowerment in Africa.

On November 1, 2024, Emerge Livelihoods unveiled its new brand identity in Lilongwe, emphasizing its mission to foster socio-economic growth in Malawi.
