TNM Partners with Microsoft 365 | CLOUD SERVICES IN MALAWI

TNM Malawi has partnered Microsoft to offer Microsoft 365 services & access to Microsoft Cloud Services, and the Ntha Foundation, as represented by our Managing Director, Ms. Rhoda Kamwaza, was one of the partners and customers invited to a brunch event where TNM Malawi Limited and Microsoft held a brunch to celebrate their new partnership.

The event was held on the 10th of November, 2023, at the Bingu International Conference Centre in Lilongwe, Malawi, and it was opened with a presentation from the CEO, Mr. Michel Hebert. Mr Hebert highlighted that the TNM Malawi and Microsoft 365 partnership is strategic – and it aligns with TNM’s commitment to innovation and substantial investments aimed at elevating their overall customer experience.

The objective of the partnership is to empower users to achieve more within their budget, regardless of their location.

Hebert further urges TNM customers to fully embrace and leverage the possibilities presented by artificial intelligence (AI), capitalizing on TNM’s innovative connectivity infrastructure. This collaboration not only enhances accessibility but also positions TNM users at the forefront of AI advancements.

The second presentation featured a representative from Microsoft team who provided a comprehensive explanation of Microsoft 365, and its organizational benefits.

The collaboration between Microsoft and TNM is geared towards making Microsoft services more accessible within Malawi. This ensures that customers facing challenges can receive support from TNM. Additionally, the partnership aims to facilitate local purchases of Microsoft products, a move that reinforces TNM’s commitment to delivering these services within the Malawian market. The event was hosted by TNM’s Head of Brand and Marketing, Mr. Madalitso Jonazi and collaborated by the enterprise team.

The Ntha Foundation has also previously partnered with TNM Malawi on a Digital Literacy awareness campaign, which was held in Chitipi, Lilongwe (2023).
