We are proud to share that our Founder and President, Nthanda Manduwi, has been nominated for the 2025 Global Entrepreneurs Award in the Social Impact category.
The awards will take place from 21st–23rd November 2025 at the La-Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana, as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Festival — the largest entrepreneurship gathering in the world, spanning 12 concurrent events across 70+ countries.
This nomination is a recognition of Nthanda’s decade-long commitment to building systems that empower young people across Africa through education, creativity, and innovation. From the early days of Ntha Foundation in Malawi, to the global expansion of initiatives like Kwathu Kollective, Digital Skills for Africa, and the new Q2 Corporation, her work has consistently focused on creating equitable opportunities for young Africans to thrive.
At its core, this honor is not only about individual achievement — it reflects the collective impact of our community. Every student mentored, every innovator supported, and every partnership built has contributed to shaping this journey.
As We Look Ahead
This recognition reinforces our vision: to continue bridging local talent with global opportunities, while scaling solutions that address Africa’s most pressing challenges in education, technology, and sustainable development.
We are honored to have our work recognized on a global stage and look forward to representing Malawi and Africa at the Global Entrepreneurship Festival later this year.
As we build the Kwathu Innovation & Creative Centre and continue scaling our digital programs, we invite you to walk with us. This is a long-term mission. One that will take many hearts, hands, and homes.
