As part of the ICFP 2022 AYSRHR “LET THEM KNOW” GRA delegation, Ntha Foundation’s Community Manager Victor Caesar Gondwe joined other young people from around the world with diverse backgrounds to advance the sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice agenda forward through the Internation Conference for Family Planning pre-conference.
Talking points around human rights, inclusivity, justice, identity diversity, resource mobilization and gender equity were at the heart of this convening, and specific attention was given to promoting creativity and innovation.
Through the plenary sessions, he managed to learn about different SRHR delivery solutions youths and organizations around the world are working on. These plenary sessions were interactive sessions which provided room for sharing individual stories and comments.
And through the Breakout Sessions, He managed to learn skills in resource mobilization from experts in the field from across the world, with key focus on strategies of how to raise funds and ways of pitching . In addition he also learned on how one can tell an impactful story to effectively advocate for SRHR. The pre-conference brough new insight and connections which Victor aim to utilize in Ntha Foundation’s endeavors
