End Poverty (World Bank) Youth Engagement | SKILLING FOR BETTER JOBS

Ahead of the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, the World Bank Office in Lilongwe organized an youth engagement event titled  ‘End Poverty Day’. This was an initiative which gathered young entrepreneurs and students from Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Zambia who interacted and showcased their potential and abilities in job creation and entrepreneurship, through presentations, skills showcases and panel discussions.

The event took place on Tuesday, October 10 2023, at the World Bank Office and was anchored on the recently released Africa’s Pulse titled Sharing Benefits of Growth Through Better Jobs. Our team was represented by our COO, Mr. Victor Caeser Gondwe. We also had one of our trainees, Tiya Joan Mwale.
