End of The Road for Cohort 2 | M’mawa Management Training Program

We have come to an end of the second cohort of the M’mawa Management Training Program (MMTP). In November last year, we were delighted to partner with Malawi University of Science and Technology as we engaged 8 Business Information Technology and Computer Systems and Security students in M’mawa Management Training Program

The M’mawa Management Training is a full-time, voluntary training program at Ntha Foundation, co-funded by the Bien Corporation Africa and other partners, providing in-class lessons and on-the-job trainings in administration, communication, digital, and people skills; as well as work ethics.

Asking the trainees what their experience has been here at the Ntha Foundation, and here is what they had to say:

Working at the Ntha Foundation has expanded my skill set beyond its initial scope. I’m glad I had the chance to be trained in various skills that are relevant in all work places, as well as be exposed to a diverse network. The training program has been instrumental in my personal and career growth.

I had the opportunity to engage in various activities that helped me develop skills in time management, communication, website management, teamwork, and multitasking. Despite some challenges faced, I am grateful for the experience and the opportunity to work with an organization that aims to support the youth.
