M’mawa Management Training | ISABEL BOTA

Meet Isabel Bota, a 20-year-old undergraduate student at the Catholic University of Malawi, who is determined to make a lasting impact on both fields. Isabel is not your typical student. Isabel’s journey begins at the Catholic University of Malawi, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Development Studies with a minor in Political Leadership. She is a young woman driven by a deep passion for the world of arts. In her words, she finds inspiration in the “art of organization, photography, and music.”

But Isabel’s story doesn’t stop there. She has embarked on a remarkable journey with the Ntha Foundation as a part of the M’mawa Management Malawi program. This program, generously co-funded by the Bien Corporation Africa and other partners, is a full-time, voluntary training initiative. It offers comprehensive in-class lessons and on-the-job training in various areas, including administration, communication, digital skills, people skills, and work ethics. It is designed to equip young talents like Isabel with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in the professional world.

She is excited about the prospect of refining her event planning and organizational skills, delving into the realm of digital media, and expanding her artistic horizons. For Isabel, this training is not just a stepping stone; it’s a transformative experience that will shape her into a future leader who can bridge the worlds of development and the arts.

Isabel’s ultimate mission is as inspiring as it is noble. She aspires to empower others to nurture their creativity and innovations, helping them achieve independence and success in income generation. This vision aligns perfectly with the ethos of M’mawa Management Malawi, which seeks to create a new generation of leaders who are not only skilled in various professional disciplines but are also committed to making a positive impact on society.

As Isabel embarks on this exciting journey, we invite you to join her and witness her growth and development by following our official social media pages.
