The Ntha Foundation is an education trust which fosters the use of creativity and innovation for entrepreneurial development.
The organisation was founded in 2018 by Nthanda Manduwi in Malawi, and incorporated as a non-profit company (a company limited by guarantee) on the 12th of June 2020.
In March, 2022, Nthanda stepped away from the operations of Ntha Foundation, and the alumni of the M’mawa Management Training Program (one of Ntha Foundation’s flagship training programs) carries the Foundation forward.
The Ntha Foundation prides itself in being youth-serving, and youth-led. Below, our 2022 administrative team:
Rhoda Kamwaza
Operations & Finance Manager
Born in Lilongwe, Home village Chiradzulu, Malawi, and currently resident in Lilongwe, Malawi, Rhoda is currently working as a Finance office in the World Bank funded Digital Malawi – Digital Skills For All Malawi Government project. Rhoda is also the Operations and Finance manager of Bien Corporation Africa, and the Ntha Foundation. Rhoda has a diploma and certification in financial accounting under ICAM. She is a final year bachelor’s of commerce – accountancy student at Catholic university of Malawi.

Victor Gondwe
Community Mobilisation Manager
Born in Lilongwe, Malawi, and currently a resident in Lilongwe, Malawi, Victor Caeser Gondwe is currently working as a Communications Officer in the World Bank funded Digital Malawi – Digital Skills For All Malawi Government project. He is also the Community Mobilisation Manager at the Ntha Foundation, and part time administrative and Human Resource officer at Bien Corporation Africa. He is a Young African Leadership Initiative – Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa alumni (YALI-RLCSA), where he was selected under the Public Management and Governance Track. Victor is a Bachelors of Social Science (majoring in Social Work) graduate from The Catholic University of Malawi.

Prisca Kamnkhwani
Procurement Manager
Born in Blantyre, Malawi and currently resident in Lilongwe, Malawi, Prisca Kamnkhwani is currently working as a Procurement Officer in the World Bank funded Digital Malawi- Digital Skills For All Malawi Government Project. Prisca is also the Administration Officer at Bien Corporation Africa. She has also worked for The Ministry of Forest and Natural Resources as an Assistant Procurement Officer from 2018 to 2021. Prisca graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from DMI-St John the Baptist University.

Judith Kumwenda
Research & Communications Officer
Born in Lilongwe, Malawi, and currently resident in Lilongwe, Malawi, Judith is currently working as the Research and Communications Development officer at the Ntha Community Foundation. Judith consults as a Researcher and Development Specialist. She is a graduate of The Catholic University Of Malawi where she pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences majoring in Development Studies.
