M’mawa Management Training | CHIMWEMWE SAIDI

A young and determined individual is making waves in the field of development studies. Meet Chimwemwe Saidi, a 26-year-old Malawian with a burning desire for personal and professional growth. As he nears the completion of his Bachelor of Social Science program in Development Studies at The Catholic University of Malawi, Chimwemwe is setting his sights on a promising career as a M’mawa Management Trainee at Ntha Foundation.

Chimwemwe’s journey has been marked by dedication and an unwavering commitment to self-improvement. He epitomizes the spirit of a lifelong learner, always seeking opportunities to expand his horizons and acquire new skills. This zeal for growth has led him to his current role as a Management Trainee at Ntha Foundation, a position he holds dear to his heart.

In his own words, Chimwemwe describes himself as “hard-working and spirited.” These qualities are the bedrock of his professional ethos. He thrives on taking on challenging tasks that align with the organization’s interests, demonstrating his enthusiasm and passion for making a difference.

As a M’mawa Management Trainee, Chimwemwe’s responsibilities span a wide spectrum of tasks. The program, co-funded by the Bien Corporation Africa, is a full-time, voluntary training initiative. It offers a holistic learning experience, combining in-class lessons with on-the-job training in various areas, including administration, management, professional communication, research, and the cultivation of valuable work ethics.

Chimwemwe’s primary goal in this role is to continuously learn and develop knowledge and skills that will not only benefit him personally but also make him an invaluable asset to the organization. His thirst for knowledge is matched only by his determination to excel in every aspect of his work. Through his dedication, he aspires to contribute positively to the goals and mission of NTHA FOUNDATION.

Chimwemwe’s journey as a M’mawa Management Trainee is not just about personal growth; it’s about his contribution to the development of Malawi and the world. His education, combined with the practical experiences gained during his time at NTHA FOUNDATION, equips him with the tools to be a catalyst for positive change in his community and beyond.
